These Terms of Service are between users of MeetOkay and MARVEL NATION PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202028647K). Contact email: contact@meetokay.com.

Service and Accounts

MeetOkay provides free-event discovery, publishing, registration, community, discussion and messaging services. Users must provide valid registration information, protect their credentials, and must not impersonate others, transfer accounts, or abuse the service through automation. Accounts may be permanently deleted from Account & Security in the app; deletion also permanently removes the user's events, groups, posts, comments, messages, reviews, registrations and uploaded images.

Community Safety and User Content

Users remain responsible for events, posts, comments, photos and messages they submit. Illegal, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, dangerous or spam content is prohibited. MeetOkay provides filtering, reporting, blocking and human-review tools and may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts to enforce these rules.

Events

The current version supports free events only. Events are organized by their respective publishers. Participants should verify event details and safety conditions before registering. Organizers must not use event descriptions or messages to demand undisclosed mandatory fees.

Intellectual Property

Users retain rights in their original content and grant MeetOkay a non-exclusive license only as needed to host, display, promote and improve the service. Users confirm that they have the rights required to submit their content. MeetOkay software, branding and interface remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Availability and Liability

We take reasonable steps to keep the service secure and available, but third-party events cannot be guaranteed risk-free. Features may be changed or interrupted for maintenance, safety, force majeure or legal requirements, with reasonable notice where practical. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Changes, Law and Contact

Material changes will be announced in the app or on this website. Mandatory laws of the operator's place of registration and the place where services are provided apply. Questions may be sent to contact@meetokay.com.
